As we process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will be shipped, but you can return it for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons. We process orders Monday to Friday, and they are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after ordering. We do not ship on weekends.
